I worked in a team for 1 month on revisiting the physical experience of the client into the agency.

The design process was driven from the beginning to facilitate the client belonging spirit to the agency. I worked with the team to rethink the existing agency configuration based on the users feedback .
Following this process I was able to reimagine the existing physical experience, by adding more open preview into the business estate journey, open access to practical informations, and open space for informal discussions .
